How the texting works
Messages go out only to someone who called the shop first, and only about that call. There are no promotional blasts and no purchased lists — the system has no way to send one.
Anyone can reply STOP to any message and they'll get no further texts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by how many calls come in.
We don't sell or share phone numbers with anyone. Call detail and message history are kept only to run the service and are deleted when an account closes.
